Stalker Anomaly is a standalone mod game that includes all three maps from the Stalker series. When the launcher starts, just hit play, and the game will launch. After that, you can start playing Stalker Anomaly by clicking on Anomaly's launcher.exe. When the folder is created, rename it Stalker Anomaly and send the contents of the mod zip to it. Create this folder by right-clicking on your hard drive and hovering over the New option. Use 7zip to open the file as an archive, then send the mod's contents to a folder called Stalker Anomaly.
Once you get Stalker Anomaly downloaded, the process of installing the mod is straightforward.
